This actually works! My first two weeks I only lost 3 pounds, but after
just two weeks of adding ice baths I am down a total of 11 pounds!! Don’t

The cold is not good for your joints, like walking in winter style, it
damages them. But swimming is good, because it’s not severely cold, just
enough.

Lol I tried and I did it for like 8 minutes it was terrible it like burns
your legs! But then after awhile you can even feel your legs after I got
out it took forever for my legs to feel normal

There is a method to taking ice baths. Start with a tub of cold water only.
Leave open bags of ice to the side of the tub. Step in, allow time to get
used to it (usually takes 30 seconds) then kneel, then sit. Then start
putting in ice. This not only makes it bearable but I actually find it
pleasent.
