wouldd you consider me a beginner I maxed out at bench at 250 (around 270
before I started cutting weight ) squat 450ish and hang clean 280ish I have
been lifting for 4 years but not extremely, I just lifted for football not
on my own I have been lifting on my own for like 1 year. and when you are
cutting do you just focus on cardio and not lift much or what?

I know this is an olf video but how do athletes like football players
train. Because they have to keep gaining strength through working out while
staying lean and doing a lot of cardio as well.
February 2nd, 2015 at 1:57 pm
What about if u lift alot and heavy and then do 40 mins cardio(after the
lifting) will it affect the gains?
February 2nd, 2015 at 2:30 pm
Ah yes, back when the hodgetwins were just building up their channel and
made actual useful videos instead of jerkin eachother off at fast food
restaurants just to keep the cash flow comin and their poor subscribers
entertained…

the goal should be always train for a more developed body, stronger ,
leaner, muscular and this can be achieved at the same time, if you train
and eat half of the year as a sumo wrestler and the other half like a prime
ballerina you may not reach your goal you may not feel as good you may not
be as healthy…

You actually can build muscle and burn fat at the same time because your
muscles need calories and proteïns to grow so when you have a diet from
maybe 1000 calories a day you will take the fat you allready got with a
part of the calories to build muscles and the rest for burning fat and the
energies i know alot of people who did it the only thing is that your
muscles will grow a little but less than normal but it’s possible.

Bro I’m feeling ya!! Haha!

it is possible to get bigger while cut, but your muscles won’t increase in
size as rapidly as it would if you were eating a lot since getting bigger
requires a surplus of calories and getting cut requires a deficit.
February 2nd, 2015 at 6:43 pm
Interesting, hope to learn more here.
February 2nd, 2015 at 6:47 pm
I used to think this way, and to a certain extent I still do. But I’ve
realized that this advice is not completely sound.
Specifically, you can bulk while watching your calories, without eating
pizza and fried chicken. But I can see what they are trying to say. The key
is a caloric surplus.

My son is 15 and is around 195 pounds 11%, he revolves eating around 4-5
times a day small meals roughly 700 callories pushing 800, eating clean is
not always necessary as your body does need a fair amount of fats too to
burn off, going to mean your going to get cut, depending on training
programme and your body constitution, he can put on 10lb of fat in a week
and a half from no training if hes injured from rugby or not bothered then
i dont see the need for other people to stay down on cut as he will lose
weight quick as well, some people will make different gains of weight
depending on their weight, just surplus the calories to 200-300 and then
train volume mainly at gym for size and density (y).

I weigh around 185-186lbs right now, bulking for a long time and i have
some body fat I’m not gonna say i dont but do people bulk all the way to
their desired weight regardless or have like checkpoints to cut the fat and
continue bulking again after you lose some fat
February 2nd, 2015 at 8:41 pm
LMAO! i could watch you guys all day
February 2nd, 2015 at 8:48 pm
Its possible if you get enough protein and nutritious dense foods. However,
if you bulk like that, eating junk foods to gain weight, the fats you gain
will stay in your body forever. Therefore, in the long run, it’ll be hard
for you to get leaner but easy to get fatter.
