The body will do what you ask it to do to survive. The problem is we in
the modern world don’t know the language of our primitively programmed
body. We think in modern terms so when we design workout programs we send
the wrong message to our body. You want to build muscle while burning fat?
Design a workout program that tells your body in it’s primitive language
that “in order to survive muscle matters and fat does not”. If you don’t
know how to do that look me up.

Who cares about building muscle and losing fat at the same time? Even when
taking drugs, all well conditioned bodybuilders have to cut for a
competition, so why concern yourself with this myth? Do idiots believe
they’re going to bulk their way into competitive body fat percents or
something?

It’s not possible to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, naturally.
The reason is simple. You have to eat more than your body burns to build
muscle. You have to eat less than your body burns to lose fat. You cannot
do both at the same time without steroids.

Trust me, if you want to lose weight but still work out and build muscle
like i do my tip for you is to do atleast 15-20 mins on the bike or
treadmill at the gym. Great way to burn calories and fat. And then you are
all warmed up and then hit the weights! Then you will lose fat but also
build muscle at the same time. Atleast that’s what i do.

P.s you can do CTs style but it will mostly get you muscle and not much
strength.
Pp.s You need to be eating calories at a point where your body has enough
to build muscle but not much fat. Around 200+ surplus.

It doesn’t matter how many reps you do. If you’re eating 6,000 calories
everyday you’re not gnna lose weight. Number 1 is what you eat! You are

simple fact eat more calories then you burn. Ex: If you burn 500 calories,
you eat 700 or 800, so that way your body still has something to feed off
and grow. That simple. And that thing with the moderate weight lots of reps
works too especially when your cutting.

… I gained weight and burned fat at the same time… I used whey
protein… I was a little chubby before I started though. In about 4 months
of isolation and with my trainer? I came back around town and SHOCKED my
friends and ladies were all over me

Depends how many hours your training a day. Rich piana has covered on this
subject long ago. You have to incorporate cardio in your training to burn
calories. LAZY people wanna hear it can be done all at once. But THEN again
like I said IT MATTERS HOW MANY HOURS YOU TRAIN A DAY. You ain’t gonna see
quick results if you train 45 min a day.
