Sean after a 60 min workout is 20-30 min of cardio harmful? Does it burn
muscle too?

I do my slow-medium pace cardio immediately after my workouts, 3 per week,
and on the weekend i do sports, considered it as a HIIT cardio. Does the
sweat mean that you are burning more fat or it is just water release?

What about warm ups? Is it necessary to do a cardio warm up before a
lifting session?
March 25th, 2015 at 4:25 pm
There are a huge number of factors that could go into that. You could try
increasing the training frequency for legs a bit in comparison to your
upper body and see if that helps. Other option is to actually reduce your
training frequency for upper body to give the legs a chance to catch up.

This man seems like one of the most intellectual bodybuilders on you tube.
I can see no better way for him to bring his information across the table.
Good stuff, you earned yourself a new subscriber.

If it’s in combination with a weight training plan then yes that would be a
fine starting point.

Thanks for watching.

It’s not so much that – it’s that it will affect your overall intensity
which may reduce overall muscle overload. I.E. Doing cardio and then doing
squats. If you’re doing low intensity cardio and then training unrelated
muscles it’ll probably not be a big deal though. (I.E. 40 mins on treadmill
and then a chest workout)

Mike Chang has no idea what he’s talking about 90% of the time.
March 25th, 2015 at 7:44 pm
As long as you’re comfortable with it physically then go for it.
March 25th, 2015 at 8:03 pm

March 25th, 2015 at 8:16 pm
can i do cardio 30mins after my breakfast ?
March 25th, 2015 at 8:52 pm
Your information is painfully true. Like a jackass I lost 15 pounds of
muscle doing morning slow paced cardio. My muscles felt hollow and I even
started gaining weight in my face. It also effected my testorterone
production. I’m never training on a empty stomach again. It really did
damage. Super low carb on it’s own following a high fat diet and training
works better then anything. PLEASE KEEP POSTING NEW VIDEOS
