Hi Fitness Blender, here’s a question for your next FAQ: 1. How important
is a rest day? Or how often should you take one? Eg. every 7-9 days or
every 5 days.
2. How does one determine how many calories they burn during the workout?
I know you have the calorie bar which usually gives a range, so how would
one figure out where they fall in the range? I know it’s all
approximations, but is there an easy way to know?
Thanks! Love your workouts, am working on the 4 week fat loss for busy
people along with the meal plan, doing great so far!

Hi guys, one quick question. What are your recommendations with regards to
cardio and strength training for skinny fat people like me who have a
little bit of belly fat to lose and want to get toned arm and abs? What
should I do more of ? Thanks a Million in advance. Love you both for
creating such a wonderful channel.

You guys are just amazing. I really love how you both have stayed so humble
throughout this whole thing. I actually found you guys 2 years ago and I’ve
never loved weights till I worked out with you both. We laugh with you guys
to, and admire such a beautiful humble couple. Cheers, to a million more
and many, many more after. We love you FB!

I’m on my sixth day of the eight week program & I love it! I have one
question: what are your views on supplements & which brands do you think
are good ones to take? My sister takes the women’s stack by ShredZ, but I
don’t know anything about supplements & am hoping for some help. Thanks!

A really great program would be a combination of the busy people and low
impact programs. I’m trying to get my parents to work out because they are
really unhealthy, but they pull both the no time and too hard cards. My mom
isn’t overweight but she’s sedentary and has back and knee problems, so she
thinks she can’t ever work out (even though working out can help back and
joint health!) and my dad is very overweight. They keep saying it’s none of
my business but I think it is my business if my dad is going to have a
heart attack and leave me fatherless at 18. I just want them to be healthy.

I’m a early teenager (if you know what I mean) and was wondering if it is
healthy for me to do this 8 week program.

Ask FB: I eat clean, follow ur videos and incorporate 20 min cardio after
most FB videos,drink 2L of water daily…but on Friday night-Sunday I’m
surrounded by good food, cocktails and no workouts. How can I get out of
this vicious cycle? Every Monday I’m starting over…help.

I’m going to buy one of your 8 week programs but I’m unsure which one to
start with. I fall under the skinny-fat *label* and the number on the
scale is not whats important to me. I would like to strength train and
loss body-fat. I have been working out for a little over a year now–> So
I want something challenging but doable. Which program would be my best
fit to start off with? Thanks

Hey guys! I see a lot of exercises gear towards slimmer the thigh gap. What
I am wondering is, are those exercises alone enough in order to lose fat in
that particular area or should I be focusing on the overall whole body
workout?

Wow that is awesome! Here is a question… At the age of 48 and Just having
bariatric surgery what would be the best exercises to start off doing? I
have tried doing some of your routines before but would get out of breathe
and could not keep up. Thank you for what you do, for bringing your views
and exercises to you tube. You two are the best.

Hey guys! 😀
First of all – thanks for every drop of sweat 🙂 :*
I’ve been working out with you for about a year now, I have some thoughts
but I’d really like to hear some professional opinion.
What can you tell about defects of the spine, in general? What people with
scoliosis, shallower lordosis, kyphosis can do? What kind of workout is
forbidden to them? Is there anything forbidden? 😉
And second one: what do you think about working out during menstruation and
pregnancy?? Should women start working out in pregnancy? Or if they work
out – should they still doing it or stop?
I’m really curious these two subjects and more importantly – what do you
think about them??
Greetings and kisses from Poland – we love you too! :)

Hey!!! Is it a good idea to work on just your abdominal area? Maybe just
concentrated all my energy on that one part for 8 weeks. Congratulations on
that 1000, 000 guys!!! All the best for the future, thank you for all the
videos, they are really helpful.
