iii) You need to exercise. Without that, your body won’t be able to burn the fats that are already present in it. This exercise need not be something very hectic; just do something physical each day, preferably something that makes you sweat and you will be fine.

This might be a difficult method to follow through, but the consolation is that you will have to do it only for a short period of time. You will begin seeing the results of this within a week.
