a) Brisk Walking: The best way to start your day is walking. You can start your weight loss regime with brisk walking. A brisk `30 minute walk` in the morning is helpful. A good walk in fresh air can do miracles in reducing your weight, but is a slow and gradual process and demands time and patience. For you to see visible changes in your weight, one should have patience.  One should be particular in walking everyday and make it a habit.  Your metabolism start showing effects as soon as there is a daily regime of the distance walked and how brisk it is. It is a great way to loosen and burn those calories. There are two types of aerobics: hard impact aerobics and low impact aerobics. To reduce weight immediately one has to thoroughly exercise rigorously till one starts perspiring or gets exhausted. Women should do Light Impact Aerobics whereas Men can take up hard impact regime to achieve their target of weight Loss.

c) Swimming: To reduce weight through swimming is a refreshment procedure as some are professionals of swimming whereas others take it as fun. Doing just a few laps of the pool will give a whole body workout and burn the extra calories. Be careful of what you eat immediately after having a swim.

d) Gymnasium: Work-outs at gym requires step-by-step procedure through the exercise by the  trainer to instruct you systematically the exercise needed for reducing weight of the body at the specified parts. A Treadmill is the most essential tool for anyone who wants to burn the fats.

e) Playing Sports: Sport requires physical activity to burn out that extra weight from your body. Cricket requires running in excess, squash, badminton; Lawn and Table Tennis, etc. are some of those examples that help reduce the fat with healthy results.

Weight loss is a great dream for fatty people and obese. Losing weight  has become a terrible job now a days and the reasons for gaining weight and becoming obese have become manifold.

Junk foods in the disguise of fast foods have occupied the predominant place everywhere and almost every one has addicted to that ranging  from youngsters to elders due to their pre-occupations.

Fat loss will help to lose weight.  How to achieve this ?  Lot of exercises are there, but to join a gym one has to spend lot of money and has to be regular to achieve their goal.  I have seen lot of people discontinuing their gym exercises for many reasons even after paying the full charges.  One has to develop a sort of motivation to continue their exercise routines in any circumstances and should not discontinue them.

I have heard that walking is the king of all exercises.  One need not spend even a single cent to do this great exercise, which is free to all.  Determination and motivation alone will do for walking for one’s own fitness and wellbeing.

Walking is more or less similar to swimming, jogging and cycling. Innumerable health benefits from walking can be achieved and if any one continue to do walking with determination without break he can lead a healthy life, which means a happy life.

All I can say is if you have the determination and steady mind set to lose weight you can achieve this without fail.  In short, I would say by (1) avoiding junk foods (2) eating fat free foods the diet problem could be easily  solved.  Then exercise is the only left out option for which walking, the king of all exercises, will come in handy to help you without spending even a cent.

For exercises, in whatever form you are doing, at present, never give up them half way.  Anyone who is not sure to follow which form of exercise is best for their body condition, walking two miles a day will come to your rescue.  No need to consult a doctor to do this great exercise.

So weight loss is not a problem, if you have the determination and motivation.
