Question by : Weight loss tips to get to my goal weight for my birthday on March 20th?
Hey, I’m Brynn. I’m 13 years old. I was 141 pounds in July of 2012 and I’ve lost 38 pounds since then. I’m 105 pounds currently, and I’m kind of stuck at a weight loss plateau. I exercise from 20-60 minutes every day, eat very healthy and about 600-750 calories every day. I’d like to finish losing this weight and maintain before my birthday on March 20th, and ideas or tips on how to lose weight a bit faster and some more things to do to speed it up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 🙂
Thanks for the tips. I’m 5’4 by the way. I consume very little sugar. 🙂
