Question by MC: when you work out is weight loss immediately or delayed?
I am just wondering how weight loss from exercise happens. If I run on the treadmill and I were to lose weight from that work out is the majority of the weight loss delayed or immediate. I am not actually looking to weigh in after every work out I was just wondering how weight loss would work in the scenario I described…. of course this is somewhat hypothetical as I am disregarding other variables.
