Question by Dirk Diggler: I am exercising and eating better to lose weight, what else should I do?
I have begun a weight loss exercise routine on my concept 2 indoor rower and have started watching what I eat much more closely, replacing things like fast food and instant noodles with light sandwiches throughout the day.

What else should I look into to increase the effectiveness of my weight loss plan? Any other exercises? Any diets I should look into?
