I am 16 5’4 and weigh about 198 I really need help with a weight loss exercise routine! I don’t care how long it takes(preferably a shorter amount of time rather than years) I just want to get. Skinny and healthy! Any tips?

You probably won’t think this would work, but-hula hooping is great for working out those areas and will result in toned areas
