Question by Sabrina: What are some effective weight loss diets but healthy?
Recently, i started to loose weight I have lost about 10 pounds I want to keep this off and still want to loose about 5 more and tone up, I need an effective diet plan but healthy because what I have been doing isn’t supposably ‘healthy’ so i was wondering if you had any ideas? And I workout about 1hr or 1hr and 30 mins everyday or I try..I do the P90x I’m starting on week 5 I believe but I took the week off. So basically I was wondering what are some healthy effective weight loss diets? && maybe even some workouts to do too?

Eatting about 5 hundred cals a day. And still doing cardio.
