I need exercises that burn fat QUICK in your thys and stomach!! Like is there a special routine that I can do or is there anything that I can eat to help!! Thanks a lot!!

Eat less and exercise. Walk/run/swim/bicycle. Avoid sugar/soda/high fructose corn syrup in foods and drinks.
