Question by Christian Gil: Can your body naturally burn fat and wat kind of fat can it burn?
I’ve been trying to eat healthy and am wondering if since I do push ups (diamonds, wide range, and close range) and am wondering if I do these weekly if it helps burn fat and if it does help burn fat wat kind of fat. P.S And wat other forms of push ups can I add to my weekly routine .

only cardio burns fat- go for a run several times a week or play football or basketball
