*Stop Counting Calories-Studies show that eating to little calories will screw up your metabolism.

*Quit Skipping Meals-Not giving your body enough fuel will put your body into survival mode and stop precessing foods.

*Stop doing long and boring workouts.

*Quit spending a long time on that treadmill or elliptical machine.

*First discuss with your Dr. to make sure that you are healthy enough to {begin|start a high intensity fitness program.

*Learn how to properly stretch to keep from getting inured.

*Research how to do fun and high intensity workouts.

*Track your progress.You need to log every workout and note what you did and how you felt.This will help you to keep making improvements.

Obesity is becoming a lot more common because of the bad choices we make each day which include junk food as the main course while leading sedentary lifestyles. Are you currently overweight and are you constantly bothered by your health status? and now you want to engage in an exercise program for fast weight loss.

First things first, you have to make some adjustments in your eating habits. Exercise and dieting go hand in hand to achieve a fast weight loss.  An exercise program for fast weight loss can easily be attainable with a weight lifting program. It doesn’t necessarily follow that you must lift 100 pound weights. The truth is lifting 8 to 10 pound dumbbells in repetitive motions drives your body to burn fat faster than any other type of exercise!  

On the other hand our body’s flexibility can be increased through Yoga. Yoga involves postures and stances that triggers different joints in the body that’s also involves those that are rarely exercised or used.  A  mixture of Yoga plus a weight training exercise proves to be a very effective exercise program for fast weight loss, especially in women. Primarily because it doesn’t produce bulky muscles and most women do not long to have bodies similar to a body builder.  

Alternating days works best as the schedule for this type of exercise program for fast weight loss.  For instance, on the first day you would do 20 minutes of Yoga stretches or poses and on the next day day you will perform squats and lunges for 15 to 20 minutes while lifting weights.   Alternating work out routines as such will work all of the muscle groups without building huge muscles. Weight training exercises increase the metabolism and help the body burn fat better than any other kind of exercise.  

You should always consult  your doctor first before engaging in any exercise program, especially if you have existing health problems. A successful exercise program for fast weight loss is packed with different  approaches and techniques. It’s good to experiment to find out which would work best for you but always do this under professional guidance.
